What is Norcon
Norcon is the Premiere Northern california wargaming event.
Every year wargamers from all over California converge on Redding's "" park for two days of wargaming.
All gaming systems are allowed. Events and tournaments are scheduled for all major gaming systems.
2011 will be Norcon's second year. This year's events are going to be bigger and better than the previous year's events.
Each event is listed in the green menu bar near the top of this page. Click on any game type to see the associated event information.
Norcon was started by several hard core gamers from various groups. These groups include G3 Productions, Brotherhoodofmutants.com, and Tempest in a Tea Pot.

- Warhammer 40K Tournament - Sunday July 31st
- There will be a Rogue Trader style 40K tournament on Sunday July 30th
- Apocalypse Event - Saturday July 30th
- Friday july 29th at 9 pm The So Cal Crusaders will be having a Mega- Apocalypse seminar detailing the addition rules that they have come up with for their signature style of game play. Along with their club rules they will also be featuring the Tempest fugitive campaign codex’s that that will add addition rules and depth to existing armies that players will be able to use through the event.
- Badab Wars - Friday July 29th and Saturday July 30th
- The battle for the Malestorm draws near. A historical re-fight of the Badab Wars will take place July 29th and 30th starting at 6:00 PM.
- Flames of War Demonstration - Sunday July 30th
- Flames Of War is a game that allows you to recreate the battles of World War II using miniatures figurines, and so experience the war from the point of view of a front-line company commander.
